INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS:
• POSTER SIZE and FORMAT: All posters should be A4 in size (21cm width X 29.7cm height or 8.27-inch width X 11.68-inch height), with 1080×1920 resolution.
Format should be in PORTRAIT orientation. The poster template is available on the events website
• The FOOTER of your poster must contain the signatures (officials logos) referring to your educational institution or funder (with their respective signature patterns)
• FILE NAME and TYPE: E-poster file should be named as “Your last name_Poster#” in pdf format.
• the number is the one you received when you submitted your abstract.
• UPLOAD DEADLINE: Please upload your e-poster in pdf format before Sunday, October 27, 2024 send to: posterbelem@gmail.com

CONFERENCE DETAILS:
• Ten digital screens will be available in the poster room for the presentation of the papers.
• In each poster session, 20 to 24 posters will be displayed on the screens, divided into 2 to 3 rounds of 10 minutes each.
• Presenters must stand next to the screen where their paper is displayed to present their poster during the designated 10-minute interval.
• At the end of each event, the best poster will be awarded.

INSTRUÇÕES PARA PÔSTERES:
• TAMANHO E FORMATO DO PÔSTER: Todos os pôsteres devem ter tamanho A4 (21 cm de largura X 29,7 cm de altura ou 8,27 polegadas de largura X 11,68 polegadas de altura), com resolução de 1080×1920.
O formato deve estar na orientação RETRATO. O template do pôster está disponível no site do evento.
• O RODAPÉ do seu pôster deve conter as assinaturas (logomarcas oficiais) referentes à sua instituição de ensino ou financiadora (com seus respectivos padrões de assinatura).
• NOME E TIPO DO ARQUIVO: O arquivo do e-pôster deve ser nomeado como “Seu sobrenome_Pôster número” em formato pdf – o número é o que você recebeu ao enviar seu resumo.
• PRAZO FINAL PARA ENVIO: Envie seu e-pôster em formato pdf antes de domingo, 27 de outubro de 2024, enviar para: e.mail: posterbelem@gmail.com

DETALHES DA CONFERÊNCIA:
•• Dez telas digitais serão disponibilizadas na sala de pôsteres para exibição dos trabalhos.
• Em cada sessão de pôsteres, 20 a 24 pôsteres serão exibidos nas telas, divididos em 2 a 3 rodadas de 10 minutos cada.
• O congressista apresentador deve se posicionar junto à tela onde seu trabalho está exposto para apresentar seu pôster durante o intervalo de 10 minutos designado.
• Ao final de cada evento, o melhor pôster será premiado.
